in-app purchases are premium
You suggested disabling in-app purchases. I need this feature active because it's the only way I can earn money and continue paying you, and I want to buy other projects from you. There must be a way to keep this active with Apple Connect without them rejecting the app again.

How can I check? Where do I click? How does it work? Can you guide me or show me in the documentation how I can check how it works?

1-I would also like to know if there is a possibility that when the user logs in by phone or social login they could initially fill in the information regarding gender (male or female), height and weight?
2-I would also like in the Add Workout section, it to be possible to include a slightly more specific training table such as training description, series, reps, rest time in seconds, intensity/load, and other options.

In this case, I would like you to do this customization for me and it is something that I have already discussed with the guy from MeetMighty IT Solutions about this subject. Is there a possibility? If there is such a possibility, what would the cost be?

Apple requires that all apps offering paid digital content go through their in-app purchase (IAP) system. The apps you see on the store with working purchases have implemented Apple’s IAP properly and were approved with it active.
In our case, if you want paid content active from the start, we’ll need to implement Apple’s in-app purchase flow and submit it with that in place. Without it, Apple may reject the app if it detects locked features or payment outside their system.
The “hide until approval” option is just a temporary workaround. If you prefer to go with the proper solution, this is a paid task. You can either hire any freelancer developer for it, or we can implement it for you.

Okay, I already understood this part. I see several apps that have in-app purchases. Why can they publish and keep this part working? We have to leave it disabled before approval and then active after approval, running the risk of being rejected or removed. Is it necessary to implement or build something within the app so that we don't have to act this way?

You can either keep in-app purchases enabled or temporarily hide paid content until the app is approved. Once Apple approves it, you can enable the paid features again through the admin panel. This is just a workaround to help get the app approved. Please note, we are not responsible for any issues or rejections that may occur on Apple’s side.
