URGENT Base URL is down
Hello, it appears your website has struck the url used for admin panel configuration? I am using a previous version, is it possible you've changed the admin panels location? I forget what the old one was, maybe https://meetmighty.com/mightyweb-public/login.php ? My apps are all down and it says Error please check your URL.

Hello Kevin,
The server is down again, is this maintenance again? Any idea how many more maintenance times are scheduled? I am working to pivot to self hosted but the app store will take multiple days to update so i'm hoping your server can be up and consistent for the next few days? Also, in regards to your note, I understand, however I feel as if the base url being down affects all mightyweb users, not just me specifically. Also, I believe in both instances of support tickets I raised, we established the core issues were bugs in the code itself, not issues with my sole installation or any customization. Again, I will respect your wishes, could you please just get your server reliably online for the next few days?
Thanks

Hello
Kindly update the URL to use ‘https’ instead of ‘http’.
Please remove the PURCHASE_CODE from the constant.dart and try .
Note : We just noticed that your purchase is more than 6 months old. Our complementary support period is long expired for this purchase. Also, checking your history tickets I realize that my teammates has already provided assistance beyond our support scope. We are afraid, we might not be able to provide assistance further. We recommend that you get external help from any freelancer or buy our paid support.
Have a great day.
Thanks & Regards
- Kevin

I figured it out. it works if I route directly to the json. "http://app.pawvalley.ca/mightyweb/upload/mightyweb.json" as the base url. Is this the solution you reccomend?

I am trying to switch to self-hosted but keep running into the "Error Please check your url" message in app. I have installed the web panel (including database) correctely according to the documentation (http://app.pawvalley.ca/mightyweb/login.php)and I set the Base Url in constant.dart to "//With PHP backend
const BASE_URL = "http://app.pawvalley.ca/mightyweb";". Am I missing something or does it have to do with the maintenance issue you guys are facing? Please advise

We will advice you can host your backend on your server so not down anytime. our server may be down for some maintenance.

Hello
The issue occurred because our server was undergoing maintenance, but everything should be back to normal now.
You need to check the logs of your server.
Thanks & Regards

Hello Kevin, it appears to be working now thank you! Could you please detail what went wrong? As I seem to be having the same issue even on my self hosted instance? Is there just a bug with this release or maybe some purchase verification issue? Thanks
