Admin Panel Login Issue – Valid Firebase Credentials Rejected
Hello Support Team,
I purchased and installed your admin panel and completed the setup.
What I have already done:
Configured Firebase project
Enabled Email/Password Authentication
Created admin user in Firebase Authentication
Created Firestore database and user records
Updated Firebase config in
main.dartandindex.htmlBuilt Flutter web successfully
Uploaded to VPS hosting successfully
Current issue:
Admin panel loads correctly
Login page opens
But login always fails with message: "Enter valid email and password"
Previously there was also
email-already-in-use, which was related to auto admin creation
I tested with valid Firebase credentials and reset password, but issue remains.
Please advise:
Which exact Firestore collections/documents are required for admin login?
Is there custom login validation in
AuthServiceorlogin_screen.dart?What is the correct way to create the first admin account?
Is there an updated version or bug fix for this template?
